About This Tour

See over 30 London sights in a 5 hour walking tour, then explore the incredible 900-year-old Tower of London!

We will guide you on an exploration of London’s major landmarks. This will give you a good idea of the history, culture, and legends of Europe’s best-loved city Then you'll go to the tower! A great family day out!

We will head through Green Park to Buckingham Palace, where we'll watch the world-famous Changing of the Guard ceremony. After witnessing this impressive, traditional ritual, we'll head to Westminster. Sights we'll see along the way include Westminster Abbey & the Houses of Parliament.

In the London Bridge area, we'll see Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre, The Clink Prison, London Bridge, The Shard, HMS Belfast, Tower Bridge and more.

After the tour, enter the amazing Tower of London! Included with your ticket is the chance to join a Beefeater Tour to see the ravens, Crown Jewels and much more!

Itinerary

After a stroll through lovely Green Park, we reach Buckingham Palace - official home of the King! Your guide will tell stories of British Royal history as you admire this beautiful Palace.

On certain days you can watch the world-famous Changing of the Guard ceremony, and your guide will find the perfect viewing spot!

Afterwards, walk along the Royal Mall.

Reaching this iconic public square, you’ll see Nelson’s Column, the stunning fountains, and famous buildings including The National Gallery.

Continue to Horse Guards Parade, on the edge of stunning St. James Park. We’ll stop to admire its famous arch and iconic clock - a great photo opportunity!

Next, your guide will lead you to nearby Whitehall. This is home to many grand buildings and monuments, as well as Downing Street where British Prime Ministers have lived and worked since 1735!

At Parliament Square, you’ll see the incredible Palace of Westminster (home to the Houses of Parliament) and the iconic Big Ben clock up close, as well as views of the London Eye and Churchill Statue.

Continue to nearby Westminster Abbey - one of London’s most beautiful buildings with over 1000 years of history. This is where British Kings and Queens are crowned!

After a short journey on the London Underground, we’ll arrive at the vibrant Southbank area where you’ll see the Tate Modern and Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre.

Next, we’ll walk onto Millennium Bridge (known by locals as Wobbly Bridge!) to get a wonderful view of St Paul’s Cathedral and its famous dome.

Your guide will take you inside lively Borough Market - home to great local food and some secret Harry Potter filming locations! Afterwards, see the impressive Southwark Cathedral.

We continue onto London Bridge - the perfect viewpoint to see sights like Tower Bridge, Tower of London, HMS Belfast (WW2 Battleship), The Shard skyscraper (UK's tallest building) and the Square Mile!

After the walking tour, head to a real-life castle and fortress in London, The Tower of London, where you gain entry into one of the most historical buildings in London with over a thousand years of history. The Tower is famous for its Beefeater guards and the ravens who live there, and you’ll have the chance to see this and much more!
